Samayluz grew out of my own path: from Germany to Almería, through silence, loss and birth. At each of these great moments it was the breath that carried me and brought me back.
For me, Samayluz is the reminder that we don’t always have to know the way. Sometimes we find the answer not by thinking even more, but by perceiving again what has long been there: our own body, the breath, the inner, universal light that guides us.
I’m interested not only in the light, but also in the shadow. Living means change, farewell, contradiction, chaos, death and new beginnings. Light and darkness. Holding on and letting go. Everything belongs.

Embodied Breath Academy
My work grew out of my own experience. Out of many years of personal development, encounters, trainings and the realisation that change doesn’t always come from understanding even more. But often when we stop fighting, feel safe enough and begin to feel ourselves again.
As a certified breathwork facilitator, I accompany people with a trauma-sensitive, body-oriented approach. I combine my knowledge with intuition, empathy and the conviction that every person already carries the ability to change within them.
In my sessions I create a protected, non-judgmental space in which you can come to rest, listen to your body and meet what is present right now. Without pressure, without expectations and at your own pace.
I don’t give you ready-made answers. I accompany you in finding your own. In perceiving yourself again, developing trust in yourself and your body, and remembering what has long been there beneath all the expectations, roles and stories: your own essence.
I work clearly and intuitively. With heart, without staging. Sometimes gentle, sometimes direct. Always with respect for your boundaries and trust in your own path.
